Creating Luscious Lips

"Oh My God !!! Those luscious Lips, I just cant forget that". Is that your reaction when you see a celebrity or a beautiful women around you or in an image ? If the girl is around you, might be she got a plastic surgery, if in an image, Photoshop is there to fulfill all your needs, but there is slight possibility that she might have those luscious lips naturally ;).
